Easy to get along with - even though this is a website - personality goes a LONG way here. Not interested in working with people with attitude problems.

We keep the copyright to the photos, but you are more than welcome to use them for your portfolio or other non-commercial purposes like myspace.com. We take pride in having exclusive photosets, but never expect exclusivity from InkyGirls. This means if you want to be on other sites or even start your own site, go for it, we'll even help you.

While we like taking the photos ourselves here in the SF Bay Area, we also don't like missed oppotunities. Email us because once in a while we'll accept remote sets.

Worried about what will happen to your pictures? We do not and will not sell our images to anyone. And if you're really worried, we are more than happy to keep your pictures away from the public. If we want to use your image for promotional materials like a flyer or sticker, we get your permission first. The only exception is that we let other web sites display our free tour images, but they will be clearly labeled and linked to our site. It's illegal to steal and repost pictures from this site, but we can't be responsible for what other people do with the pictures illegally.

At any rate, we predict that by 2014, everyone will have been naked on the internet.
